These are leather gloves with a heavy coyote fur cuff, not a glove made entirely of fur. The photographs show them in black and in a light gray.
Gloves trade a little warmth for the use of each finger. When the cold matters more than dexterity, the mittens are the warmer cut.

Questions
Are fur gloves as warm as mittens?
Usually not. Gloves separate the fingers, so each one keeps its own smaller pocket of air. Mittens let the fingers share warmth. Choose gloves when you need to handle things.
Can they get wet?
Snow can be shaken off. A soaking is a different matter. Dry the gloves at room temperature, away from heat. Do not put them in a dryer or on a radiator.
